What we collect

  • The email address you share when you contact us by email.
  • When you submit the signup form on the home page, we store the email address, the time it was submitted, an approximate country code derived from your IP by Cloudflare (e.g. US), and your browser’s User-Agent string. We do not store your IP address itself.
  • Standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested path) processed by Cloudflare Pages so the site can be served and protected.
  • Aggregate, page-level analytics about which pages are visited and where traffic comes from. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
  • A small amount of browser storage (cookies and sessionStorage) used to remember preferences and improve navigation.

How we use it

  • To reply to people who email us.
  • To send product updates, early-access invitations, and related notes to people who signed up. You can opt out at any time by emailing privacy@okkosa.com.
  • To understand which pages and content resonate, so we can invest effort in what is working.
  • To detect and prevent abuse of the site.

Third-party services

  • Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and processes standard request metadata on our behalf.
  • Web fonts are loaded from a third-party CDN (Fontshare), which means visitor IP addresses are visible to that provider.
  • We may add a privacy-respecting analytics provider as the product evolves. When we do, this policy will be updated to name it.

Retention

  • Inbound email and signup details are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer useful for the purpose they were shared.
  • Server logs and analytics data are retained for a short window (typically 30 to 90 days), per provider defaults.

Your choices

To ask what data we have, request a copy, ask us to delete it, or opt out of future contact, email privacy@okkosa.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Okkosa evolves. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. If you have shared your email with us, we may notify you about changes that materially affect how your information is used.
